CHAPTER 1:
Custom Socks Preparation
If you don’t know much about custom socks, you may not know what information a socks manufacturer or factory needs to start designing your socks. Before starting to customize socks, we recommend that you consider the items in the list below.

- You logo or brand: For custom socks, customers always need their own brand. Clear logo (png/pdf) will be helpful for design.
- Design and Pattern: If you have your own design, please prepare us for your unique pattern.
- Sock sample: If you have a socks sample , we can design/sample according to it.
- Label and Packaging: What kind of retail packaging do you need?
- Socks size/length: What is the size of your socks? What length? No-show,ankle,crew,knee…
- Material of the socks: Cotton, polyester, wool, lycra, silk. What is the material of the sock?
- Sock function: Where is the socks used? Football, basketball, diabetes, compression socks, skiing, dancing, hospitals…
- Sock thickness: For cold, thick socks are needed, if in the summer, need cool socks.
- Number of socks: If we need an accurate quote, we will refer to your order quantity.
- Your market: Different markets have different socks, and providing a market range will help quotes.
- Socks technology: Anti-slip socks need some rubber technology, sports socks need venting holes, baby socks need terry technology. Is this what your socks need?

Design Your Socks
If you use AI/PS, we have free socks design mockups. For those who have no design experience, you can use hand-painted design templates to design socks. We also support free socks design services, tell us about your ideas, we will help you design.

CHAPTER 3:
Get Your Socks Sample
Our factory will produce the original socks samples based on the sock design. Send it to the customer to check the quality, size, pattern, etc. If there have problem, it will be modified.
Simply put, the socks sample is used to confirm that the socks meet the customer’s requirements. Usually this is a cyclic process:
- Need sample / Modify Sample: Submit your design or we will help you design, we will make samples according to the design. Or the design needs to be modified and we will modify it according to the feedback.
- Make Samples: We will produce samples as soon as possible, usually taking 2-5 days.
- Send Samples / Pictures: Samples are usually shipped by express to the customer.
- Check Samples: Check your socks samples to determine if the colors, materials, and processes meet the requirements. If have problem, please record the changes and provide them to us, we will further modify.
- Confirmed: Sample is confirmed, we can proceed to the next step.
CHAPTER 4:
Bulk Socks Production
Depending on the number of products, we may need 10-30 days to product bluk socks.
Now, have a cup of coffee and enjoy your time, or to start your holiday, metsox will handle everything for you, usually in 10-30 days depending on the order quantity.
In the factory of metsox, more than 100 socks knitting machines run at full speed and can produce more than 30,000 pairs of socks a day. Our production workshop includes Samples workshop, production workshop, head linking workshop, boarding workshop, quality inspection workshop and packaging workshop. all the necessary steps for the production of socks.
CHAPTER 5:
Ready For Packing
The socks are ready and now need to be paired and packaged.
Usually, the socks packaging design and production is at the same time as the socks production. You can quickly design your socks label and package using the following methods.

After the socks are produced, the packaging is ready. Workers need to be paired and packaged.
CHAPTER 6:
Shipping To Your Country
Socks will be loaded at the factory before the delivery date. We will reserve enough time and deliver on time according to the order.
Products will be shipped on time, and we will use different shipping methods for different numbers of products.
Express shipping
For a small number of socks, 3-6 days delivery time.
Air Shipping
For medium weight/number socks, 4-10 days delivery time.
ship shipping
For a large number of socks, 10-30 days delivery time.
By default, our shipping arrangements are used, and of course customers can use their own cooperating freight forwarders.
